Discussion, Q&A and book signing.

The Magic Forest is a body of work by Peak District artist and author, Si Homfray.
Central is Si’s brand new book, ‘The Magic Forest and the nature of wellbeing’.
The book is a DIY guide to mastering your wellbeing, for optimum physical, mental and emotional health.
Si has drawn upon his extensive experience as a Graphic Designer to produce a succinct, visually appealing and instantly accessible workbook that readers can easily use to become happier and healthier.
The Magic Forest uses a system of seven trees and 49 keywords to clearly identify all the areas for your total wellbeing.
Start at the start, or dip in and out – exploring the exercises, questions and quotations, to find your own answers for your best self.
