If you'd like to add an event to Visit Derby please fill in this form.

Please note:

Visit Derby always maintains editorial rights over content. To be considered for inclusion on the Visit Derby “What’s On” page and in our social media and digital activities, the events must have:

  • The ability to attract a regional or national audience.
  • Be submitted at least two weeks before the event start date.

50:50 campaign

If you would like your event to be considered for inclusion in our 50:50 campaign, please tick the relevant criteria below.  At least 1 must apply for consideration.

Events in the 50.50 calendar must be suitable for a family audience, uphold the reputation of the Council and Derby. They must also be appropriately sized and structured to manage increased attendances.
