Description
Our popular Festival returns on 16 and 17 September 2023 at Elvaston Castle Country Park and is a celebration of traditional and contemporary woodland crafts!
Watch the experts or have a go! Wood carving, turning, willow weaving, and bushcraft, to furniture makers, tools, arts, sculpture and many interesting stalls.
Back to entertain you, with Viking re-enactment, crafts and combat. Green Man storytelling and Visual Theatre. Smoking Apples will perform amazing puppetry with the Arbor Show, the giant tree to return.
The Festival is set within the beautiful grounds and woodland at Elvaston Castle Country Park, which add to the unique feel of this special event. With the opportunity to explore the Formal Gardens, Lakes and Parkland that surround the Castle.
A fantastic weekend outdoors, with lots of activities, delicious food and unique items to buy.
We hope you can join us!
