A year of celebrations will run from 2026 to 2027 to mark two significant anniversaries: the 50th anniversary of the Derby-Osnabrück twinning and the anniversary of Derby achieving city status.
The celebrations will feature a range of exciting events hosted by our culture and community partners to unite our communities and celebrate all that is great about our city.
Celebrations will include a programme of Derby inspired performances, great food, incredible talent and fun for the whole family. Bringing together the incredible talent within our city while highlighting its strong local and international connections.
