Bustler Derby is a vibrant street food, drink and social destination located in St James’ Yard, bringing together an exciting mix of independent traders, experiences and entertainment in the heart of the city.
At the centre of Bustler is its diverse collective of food and drink vendors, serving everything from wood-fired pizza and smash burgers to fried chicken, loaded sandwiches, speciality coffee and indulgent sweet treats. Alongside this, visitors can enjoy craft beer, cocktails and wine, plus browse independent retail including books and streetwear.
Whether you’re grabbing a morning coffee, meeting friends for lunch, enjoying after-work drinks or making a full day of it, Bustler offers a relaxed, welcoming space with something new to discover on every visit.
Current traders include El Capo’s wood-fired pizza, Dirty Cow’s smash burgers, Gordo’s fried chicken, Super Turbo’s chef-made sandwiches, Replenish Collective’s speciality coffee, Dollies Cookies’ freshly baked treats and Dukes – a Buxton Brewery taproom serving a wide range of drinks. Independent retailers such as Bearded Badger Books and Anti Social Athletes Club add to the venue’s unique character.
Open Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 10:00pm, and Friday and Saturday from 9:00am to 11:00pm, Bustler serves coffee from 9:00am, with the bar opening at 11:00am and kitchens from 11:30am. Individual trader opening times may vary.
With more to come, including private karaoke booths, private dining and interactive darts, Bustler Derby continues to grow as a must-visit destination for food, drink and social experiences in Derby.
