Description
Our Moonlight Walk returns to Derby Market Hall.
Taking place on Friday 18 September (5-10pm), this year’s Moonlight Walk will see hundreds of supporters sparkle as they walk in memory of loved ones, with family and friends, brightening up the Derby night, on our special route… and you could join them.
By taking on either the 5K or 10K, fully-marshalled route, and fundraising for your local hospice, you’ll help Treetops provide nursing care, palliative care and emotional support for adults and their families in central and southern Derbyshire. Whether you’re walking to support Treetops Hospice or in memory of someone special, every step you take will help make a difference.
Doors open at 5pm and we’ll kick the night off in style with accessory stalls and plenty of entertainment, before the official warm-up ahead of the walks starting at 6.30pm. As you walk the route and reach Derby Cathedral, there will be an opportunity to light a candle in memory of someone special.
