Description
Celebrate Diwali, the festival of lights, through this beautiful Indian classical dance performance.
In the style of Bharatnatyam, dance artist Priya Sundar brings the mythological story of Diwali to life through intricate rhythmic footwork, movement, facial expressions and hand gestures. Experience how a solo dancer can transform into multiple characters as she gracefully swaps roles using only gestures and props.
Also an interactive opportunity to have a go learning some of the hand gestures and movements.
This is an immersive storytelling experience not to be missed.
Suitable for age 5+.
