Enjoy a magical visit to meet Santa, receive an official elf observation report and hand-pick your own special gift from Santa’s Workshop.

You can also personalise your child/ children's experience at the checkout to include their name, age and home town as well as any special dates or requests to make their visit to Santa truly magical.

To make the most of your experience, we recommend arriving up to 30 minutes before your booking start time (e.g Santa Experience booked for 9.15am will promptly start at 9.15am and finish at 9.30am). Sadly, any late arrivals cannot be guaranteed their visit as bookings are allocated in consecutive fifteen-minute visits. Unfortunately, this event is non-transferable and refunds cannot be given for cancellations.
