Join us for a Crafternoon filled with delicious cakes, sandwiches, bottomless tea or coffee and all things crafty!

Start your experience with a freshly prepared Afternoon Tea in Bourne's Coffee Shop & Bistro followed by a two-hour paint & clay craft session in the Denby Craft Studio. It’s a special way to treat the mum figure in your life for Mother’s Day or to spend the afternoon with friends.

Over in the Craft Studio, you’ll get to hand-paint your own design onto a ceramic Denby plant pot using our colourful glazes, as well as handcraft ceramic plant markers from our Derbyshire clay and stamping & decorating tools, perfect for your kitchen herbs or windowsill succulents.

Left in the skilled hands of our team, your personalised pottery will go through the kiln firing process and your clay items finished by hand in our neutral Natural Canvas glaze, ready for you to collect at a later date.

Throughout the two-hour Craft Experience, our studio team will be on hand to offer guidance and inspiration, should you need it.

Our Traditional Afternoon Tea includes a selection of freshly prepared sandwiches: Baked ham & English mustard / Egg mayonnaise & cress / Cheddar cheese & tomato / Tuna & mayo.
