- Overhand-8
- Underhand-8
- Dragon Roll
These will get your spine mobile and strong and all you need to start! Whether you are new to the rope or have been rolling for a few years, you are sure to take home some valuable knowledge from this workshop.’
About Tim Shieff
Tim Shieff is an athlete (Freerunner and Ninja Warrior) turned biomechanics and human movement specialist from Derby. He has been on the cutting edge of movement for many years, and has been a leader and pioneer of Rope flow with Way of the Rope in the UK, Europe, and across the world.

Tim first learnt of the rope flow practice from David Weck in 2019 in San Diego – when he felt what the rope was doing for his understanding of movement. It was one of the greatest epiphanies of his life. Since then, he has spent countless hours cultivating his own practice, deepening his understanding and developing the best ways to share it with others.
