Surtal Arts in partnership with Fleet Arts and Number 28 brings Diwali to Belper to give local people a taste of the festival of light in the spirit of joy, peace and friendship.
Make your own Diwali lantern using biodegradable materials. Suitable for families with children aged 5 and over.
