Description
The Derby Print Open is an exhibition organised by Green Door Printmaking Studio open to all, showcasing contemporary printmaking from artists based in the United Kingdom.
Over 250 prints from 74 printmakers have been shortlisted for exhibition from 1 - 30 June 2024. Visitors will have the opportunity to peruse and purchase prints from a wonderfully diverse selection of traditional and contemporary techniques, including screen printing, etching, linocut, monoprint, lithography and more. These prints will be displayed across four venues as part of a print trail; Banks Mill Studios, Dubrek Studios, Déda and The Smallprint Company.
Awards have been generously donated by businesses within the cultural and creative industries. Participating selected printmakers will be presented with awards, such as exhibition and residency opportunities, art materials and creative workshops!
