We're busy getting ready to celebrate our 30th Birthday at Denby Pottery Village and we'd love for you to join us on Saturday 16th September to Shop, Eat and Experience the best of Denby Pottery Village.
SHOP:
OUR HUGE WAREHOUSE CLEARANCE SALE: Let's turn the clock back 30 years to 1993, when Jurassic Park was at the cinema, Take That dominated the charts and a Denby dinner plate cost £8.25. Now it's your chance to shop like its 1993* with our huge clearance sale in the Pavilion pop-up shop!
LAUNCH OF OUR NEW COOKSHOP: Our brand new Cookshop will have special offers galore as well as product demonstrations from some of our exciting new brands, plus the first 30 customers to make a purchase will get a free gift!
NEW FARM SHOP DELI: The Greedy Pig Butchers are bringing their expertise to the Deli in the Denby Farm Shop and to celebrate there will be tastings of their new produce, plus an amazing 30% off everything on their Deli Counter over the birthday weekend! *selected items
EAT: In the courtyard, the Greedy Pig Butchers are putting on their popular BBQ and Hog Roast, Emma's Cakes will be here with their freshly baked cupcakes as well as Emma’s Whippy ice cream and a jacket potato stall.
Homecooked Derbyshire Dishes will be available as usual at Bourne's Coffee Shop & Bistro, or grab a lighter bite from the Farm Shop Café.
EXPERIENCE: Enjoy FREE entry to the Denby Discovery and Museum where you can chat to our Museum Curator. Let the little ones enjoy FREE play with clay in the Denby Craft Studio (subject to availability, book your session on the day at the Craft Studio Welcome Desk). Pottery painting will also be available on the day from £8 per item (subject to availability, book your session on the day at the Craft Studio Welcome Desk).
See our Master Potter throwing a pot, plus there’s a chance for you to have a go on the Potters’ wheel too (subject to availability, book your session on the day at the Craft Studio Welcome Desk).
There will also be various charity stalls including, Blood Bikes, Guide Dogs, Wildlife Trust, a raffle for Shelter and music from Shirland Welfare Brass Band.
