Description
Roll up, roll up for a fun filled day of entertainment in Derby’s Cathedral Quarter!
Come face to face with the giant elephant as he parades the Market Place, enjoy theatrical and comedic street acts and circus style roaming entertainers!
Dress Circle
Watch as the enormous woman glides around. When she stops, the orchestra from beneath her petticoats tunes up and a series of theatrical surprises ensues!
12.30pm, 2.15pm
Wheel Nuts
The Wheel Nuts cruise around on their unicyles with their bag of tricks entertaining one and all! A colourful and skilful sight to behold!!
11am, 1.15pm, 3.30pm
Giant Carnival Elephant
Get ready for a unique close encounter with one of nature’s gentle giants! Pat the elephant’s trunk as it parades around the Market Place!
12pm, 2.15pm
One Man Circus
Be dazzled by the world’s highest 4 ball juggle and amazed at the crystal ball manipulation. Laugh out loud at the comedy mime and have a go at the bald head hoopla.
12pm, 1.45pm, 3pm
Angie Hula Hooper
A high-energy, highly-skilled, fast-paced hooptastic hoopla of a show! Angie captivates audiences as she effortlessly spins and manipulates hoops on and around her body, all at the same time!
11.30am, 1.15pm, 3.15pm
Stilt Walkers, Balloon Modellers & Bubble artists
Various times between 11am – 4pm
