The prize is for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) and includes:
- 4 x tickets to Dick Whittington at Derby Arena on Saturday 13 December 2025 at 6:30pm.
- 4 x tickets for The Cathedral Quarter Ice Rink at a time of your choice.
- A £50 dining voucher for The Spice Lounge, Friar Gate.
- A two-night stay at The Stay Company, Friar Gate Apartments, from Friday 12 to Sunday 14 December 2025.
If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, we reserve the right to re-draw the competition until an eligible winner is found.
Any additional food, drinks, travel, or extras must be paid for by the competition winner.

Under 12s must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult on the ice.
Children aged 12 to 14 must have a parent or guardian observing from the sides.
It is strongly advised that all skaters in general skate sessions are aged 5 or over. However, 4-year-olds may skate during general sessions with appropriate supervision.
Skate aids are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
All skaters must follow the ice rink rules and safety guidance at all times.

The competition closes at midday on Monday, 24 November 2025. The winner will be chosen at random and contacted via phone, email, or social media.
If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, we reserve the right to re-draw the competition.
Your contact details will only be used to notify you if you are the winner. We will not share your information unless you opt in to partner communications.
If you choose to opt in to receive updates from Visit Derby and our partners, your details will be stored securely and used only for marketing purposes.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The competition is not open to employees or family members of employees of Derby City Council.
The winner must be 18 years or older.
