Reach Events is a fantastic venue for large and small business conferences, exhibitions and events. Our contemporary high-spec auditorium has 3 large screens with built in AV and sound and can accommodate up to 700 delegates theatre-style, or 400 banqueting.
With 8 additional meeting rooms of various sizes, equipped with LED screens and video conferencing, Reach is the perfect venue for any sized meeting or training event.
You can even book exclusive use of the whole venue, including our Roots café-bar, ensuring privacy and flexibility for your event.
Our five-star reviewed team are on hand throughout the day to ensure parking, welcome, AV, refreshments and food service, all run smoothly throughout your event.

Catering is of the highest quality, with fantastic variety, as we work with the region's best local food and beverage providers. Delicious 200 Degrees locally roasted coffee and Yorkshire tea is served to all our delegates, and we offer everything from hot and cold breakfasts, lunches and buffets, to delicious 4-course banquets. BBQ’s, street food, an on-site bar and a range of delicious world food, can also be provided, to make your event relaxed and fun for everyone.
As well as top-class space and service Reach Events is also a social business, so booking with us helps us all achieve our CSR goals. 100% of our profits are donated to our charity and partners, helping people and communities across the East Midlands and beyond. Our social impact this year included helping young people, individuals recovering from mental health problems and families rebuilding their lives.
