For the ultimate authentic feast, tuck into our Smokehouse selection cooked low ‘n’ slow to perfection. From the 16 hour smoked Texas Style Brisket to the Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs. If you’re looking for a bit of variety then our new BBQ trays are a must. Or for when you can’t decide and just want to try it all, go for the The Smokehouse Platter, a.k.a the ultimate choice for any BBQ lover!

For the ‘non-smokers’ check out one of our mouthwatering Mac ‘n’ Cheese dishes, warmin’ Gumbos or Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon. Or if a burger is more your style then the Go Big Or Go Home is the one for you!

A 6oz flame grilled prime rump steak with house pepper sauce & skin-on fries. Served with a classic Hickory’s milkshake- choose from Vanilla, Chocolate or Strawberry.

Tuesday’s | Big Chicken Bucket – £12.99

Southern fried chicken, popcorn chicken bites, cajun battered wings. Served with BBQ pit beans, house slaw, magic-dusted corn, Hickory’s gravy & skin-on fries

Wednesday’s | Texas Hold ‘Em - £15.99

Hot-honey fried chicken tacos & smoky pork butt quesadilla. Served with gumbo loaded tater tots, topped with jalapeños & scallions

Thursday | BBQ Blowout - £19.99

Memphis style baby back ribs, Southern fried chicken, BBQ glazed chicken wings, hand pulled pork, BBQ pit beans & hickory smoked pork, jalapeño & cheese sausage. Served with skin-on fries & slaw.

We’ve shaken things up and brought you brand-new shakin' deals that’ll have you smiling all night long. Think £6 cocktails mixed to perfection, a pint of Driftaway IPA for just £4, a glass of wine for only £5, and the ultimate Southern classic non-alcoholic, Georgia Sweet Tea for a sweet £3.

For the young ‘uns....

The kid’s menu has been specially created with a team of Mums, Dads and kids so it contains just the right balance of treats, healthy options and fun. The menu is packed with dishes and drinks for smaller appetites, from the classic mac ‘n’ cheese to burgers and popcorn chicken bites, to smaller versions of all the shakes. The cinema room and fro-co station are on hand to keep the little ones entertained too!

All you need to do is decide what you’re having then you can kick back, relax and let us look after you.
