A Taste Of The South

For the ultimate authentic feast, tuck into our Smokehouse selection cooked low ‘n’ slow to perfection. From the 16 hour smoked Texas Style Brisket to the Memphis Style Baby Back Ribs. If you’re looking for a bit of variety then our new BBQ trays are a must. Or for when you can’t decide and just want to try it all, go for the The Smokehouse Platter, a.k.a the ultimate choice for any BBQ lover!

For the ‘non-smokers’ check out one of our mouthwatering Mac ‘n’ Cheese dishes, warmin’ Gumbos or Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon. Or if a burger is more your style then the Go Big Or Go Home is the one for you!

Our appetisers and desserts aren’t one to skip out on, so make sure you leave room! From Popcorn Brisket Bites & Smoked Wings to a Cookie Creation & Campfire S’mores, the perfect feast awaits.

What better way to celebrate the end of the week & say "Thank Hicks it's Friday" than listening to the sounds of the Deep South with a drink (or two) in hand!

We’ve shaken things up and brought you brand-new shakin' deals that’ll have you smiling all night long. Think £6 cocktails mixed to perfection, a pint of Driftaway IPA for just £4, a glass of wine for only £5, and the ultimate Southern classic non-alcoholic, Georgia Sweet Tea for a sweet £3.

For the young ‘uns....

The kid’s menu has been specially created with a team of Mums, Dads and kids so it contains just the right balance of treats, healthy options and fun. The menu is packed with dishes and drinks for smaller appetites, from the classic mac ‘n’ cheese to burgers and popcorn chicken bites, to smaller versions of all the shakes. The cinema room and fro-co station are on hand to keep the little ones entertained too!

All you need to do is decide what you’re having then you can kick back, relax and let us look after you.

Christmas is our favourite time of year! Like they do in the Southern states...we love nothing more than a festive get-together. Think candy canes, Christmas trees, eggnog, smokin’ BBQ & Southern hospitality. Whether you’re joining us with the gang from work, the extended family, a group of mates or anyone else you’re celebratin’ with, we’re ready when you are!

We’ll be serving up a few seasonal specials (we think you’ll like the sound of a stacked Smoked Turkey Burger& a loaded Gingerbread Fro-co) but our BBQ doesn’t take a Christmas break! Our full smokehouse menu will be available everyday so you can enjoy all your favourites - Memphis Ribs, Texas-style Brisket or go for it all with a BBQ tray or Smokehouse Platter. And for the younger guests, the kids’ menu has everything to keep even the fussiest eaters happy this holiday season! Our team are ready to spread a little Southern hospitality with plenty of festive cheer (& maybe a little BBQ sauce too!).
