Derby Wild Sauna

Description

A little oasis in beautiful Darley Abbey, with a bespoke 14 seat sauna and three state of the art cold plunge pools set at 4C and 8C.

We have hot and cold showers, changing rooms, toilets and filtered water for guests. Sessions cost just £13, with discounts for bundles of 10 sessions.

The sauna is also available for private hire.
