Description
Enjoy a delicious 3-Course Valentine’s Bistro meal with a free glass of fizz or freshly squeezed Orange Juice at Bourne’s Coffee Shop & Bistro.
It's table service throughout the evening and a special Denby keepsake is also included for each couple. Wine by the bottle, plus beer and cider will also be available for you to enjoy at an additional cost.

**VALENTINE'S BISTRO MENU**
FOR STARTERS:
Broccoli & Stilton Soup (V)
Homemade straight from our kitchen, served with a warm crusty roll.
OR
Bruschetta (V, VG)
Fresh baguette slices topped with a combination of fresh tomatoes, red onion, fresh basil, garlic and balsamic vinegar.
OR
Honey Glazed Chicken and Chorizo Skewers
Tender pieces of honey glazed chicken breast and chorizo, cooked on a skewer, and served resting on a bed of rocket.
OR
Garlic Mushrooms (V)
Button mushrooms cooked in a creamy white wine sauce with parsley. Served on a seeded bloomer with a watercress garnish.
FOR MAINS:
Bourne’s Signature Steak and Ale Pie
Our resident, Greedy Pig Butchers beef steak, cooked in a brown ale gravy and enveloped in a short crust pastry case.
OR
Marry Me Chicken
A tender chicken breast cooked in a creamy stilton, leek, and white wine sauce.
OR
Traditional Ratatouille (V, VG)
An ensemble of tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, onions, peppers, garlic and basil, in a rich tomato sauce served with Basmati boiled rice.
OR
Salmon Teriyaki (GF)
Oven baked, fresh salmon fillet topped with chilli, soy, ginger & honey sauce.
All mains are served with either whole grain mustard mash, sweet potato chips or chunky fries and seasonal vegetables.
FOR DESSERT:
Bourne's Signature Cake (V)
A homemade strawberry, champagne and white chocolate cake served with Chantilly cream.
OR
Treacle Tart (V, VG)
Served with a scoop of Vegan vanilla ice cream.
OR
Biscoff Cheesecake (V)
A biscuit base topped with creamy soft cheese, toffee, biscuit crumb, and Chantilly cream.
