Description
Kick off the evening with an hour salsa lesson with Jose Oliva, followed by a selection of small plates with a glass of mojito
Beef empanada, Hogao Creole Sauce
Seabass ceviche, chilli pepper, mango tiger’s milk
Green plantain crisps, guacamole, esquites v
Papas - fried new potatoes, salsa verde, Queso Fresco v
Crispy pork belly, guacamole, sriracha chill sauce
Churros, cinnamon sugar and chocolate dipping sauce v
Afterwards, enjoy an hour merengue lesson with Jose Oliva.
Wrap up the night with lively social dancing, showing off your newfound rhythm on the dance floor!
