Celebrate Mothering Sunday with a luxurious Sunday lunch in the elegant Granary Loft, including a glass of Prosecco for Mum and a beautifully prepared three-course menu.

On Arrival

• Glass of Prosecco, bottle of Hawkstone lager or non-alcoholic sparkling wine

Starters

• Chicken and duck liver parfait, figs and brioche

• Cured salmon, rhubarb, pistachio, crème fraîche and white soy

• Celeriac soup with blue cheese (v)

Main Courses

• Roast loin of pork, pork croquettes, burnt apple purée and mustard sauce

• Chicken breast wrapped in pancetta with sherry shallot sauce

• Roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding and gravy

• Fillet of sea trout with brown shrimp butter sauce and pickled cucumber

• Carrot tarte tatin, red onion chutney, hazelnut and chicory salad with red wine sauce (v)

All main courses are served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Puddings

• Steamed chocolate pudding with malted milk ice cream (v)

• Buttermilk and lime panna cotta with mango, passionfruit and coconut madeleine
