Description
Food can be medicine or food can be poison. YOU CAN CHOOSE once you understand the basic principles about how the gut is the centre of health or disease.
Nutritionist & Naturopath - Mohamed Bouaziz of BOUAZIZ Co. & Propolis - will be joining us at Electric Daisy for a fascinating interactive demonstration and discussion on the roles of the hidden nutrient; microbes.
He'll be delving deep into our connection with food and each other. Exploring how sharing real food over stories, laughter & tears can grow the nutritional benefits of food into a more sacred metaphysical nourishment. This workshop is intended to share knowledge, open the heart and recognise how we can do better, with what we have.
