Get ready for an afternoon of festive fun and sparkling surprises as the Cathedral Quarter BID brings a magical mix of walk-around street performers to Derby city centre!
On Saturday 29th November, the Market Place, Cornmarket, and the Waterfall will come alive with roaming Christmas characters spreading joy and laughter throughout the afternoon.
Who you’ll see:
Two Gonks – spreading festive cheer between 1.15pm – 3.45pm
The Grinch – causing mischief and mayhem between 3:30pm – 6pm
Mirror Men – dazzling the crowds with their reflective costumes between 3pm – 5.30pm
The Ice King and Ice Queen – gliding gracefully on stilts between 2.30pm – 5.15pm, bringing winter sparkle wherever they go
It’s also Small Business Saturday, so while you’re enjoying the entertainment, don’t forget to shop local and support Derby’s brilliant independent retailers.
