A special choral performance by Derby Cathedral Choir at Derby Market Hall.
Derby Cathedral Choir is a very vibrant part of the musical life of the city and county, and in recent years, their reputation for excellence has been recognised internationally. Consisting of boy and girl choristers and Lay Clerks, (adult professional singers who sing alto, tenor or bass), they sing at least five choral services in the Cathedral each week.
In the last few years Derby Cathedral Choir has performed regularly with Sinfonia Viva, toured to Germany, performed on BBC Radio, and premiered works by celebrated composers. For more information about music at Derby Cathedral, please visit the Cathedral website.
