Description

Enjoy a two course mimosa brunch menu.

On Arrival
Enjoy either a glass of mimosa, a bottle of Hawkstone lager or a glass of elderflower cordial with soda water

To begin - buffet style:
Freshly brewed coffee or English breakfast tea
Greek yoghurt, blueberry compote, hazelnut granola v
Traditional smoked haddock kedgeree
Buttermilk pancakes with a choice of maple syrup, Nutella® or blueberry compote v
Jugs of orange juice and apple juice

Then to follow, choose from one of the following:
Vegetarian Breakfast: Vegetarian sausages, scrambled eggs,
vine tomato, field mushroom, sautéed potatoes, avocado and toasted sourdough

Derbyshire Breakfast: Derbyshire pork and apple sausage, British dry cured bacon, scrambled eggs, roasted vine tomato, field mushroom, black pudding, sautéed potatoes, baked beans and fried bread

Smoked Salmon: scrambled eggs, toasted sourdough, smashed avocado

£39.95 per person (includes mimosa, two course brunch, novelties for the table and DJ until 3pm).
