Women and Domestic Violence: What has Changed

Free entry

This event includes a screening of Vanessa Engle’s documentary ‘Love you to Death’ (2015). The film focuses on the families of women who were killed in the UK by their male partner or former partner in 2013. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with researchers from the University of Derby and representatives from local community groups and charities who provide support to women. The panel will discuss the wider context of women experiencing domestic violence and whether things have changed over the past decade.
