“Have you ever asked yourself “What does that vehicle do?” when you’ve seen our teams out and about. Well, now is your chance to come and find out!
Our fantastic Streetpride team will be on the Market Place on Friday 5 August, ready to answer all your burning questions about what they do and the vehicles they use to do those jobs. This is a family friendly event and children are welcome to come along too, and get hands on with tractors, gritters, refuse vehicles and more. Pictures encouraged!
Alongside vehicles a plenty, teams will also be on hand with information about current vacancies in our Streetpride teams and how you can come and join Team Derby. View our latest vacancies here
In addition, our waste team will be talking about how to go green, minimise your waste and Reduce, Reuse, Recycle – set outside the beautiful Forest for the Future – a project designed to start conversations about climate change and the role we all have to play.
