Description
We always say we're FINE, quite often when we are completely the opposite of that. This exhibition focuses on 'We Are What We Overcome' which brought forth a live show, a record , a book and a podcast aimed at getting more of us to feel that we could answer that question honestly.
From performing in Edinburgh 2018 (rather than seeing a psychiatrist) to sharing time and stories across the UK with strangers, the exhibition shows some of the key points of a journey to good mental health via a very bad idea.
