A double bill of two new plays, performed by our Years 7-9 Youth Theatre group.
A Series of Public Apologies (For an Unfortunate Incident in the School Lavatories) by John Donnelly.
We wish to apologise for any offence caused, assure you that lessons have been learned and that we now intend to draw a line under things and move on…
A satirical play which interrogates how our attempts to define ourselves in public are shaped by the fear of saying the wrong thing. A series of public apologies (in response to an unfortunate incident in the school lavatories) was included in National Theatre Connections Plays 2020.

It’s just another Monday.
Phones buzz, alarms blare, and four characters begin their weekly loop. School. Work. Friends. Family. Repeat.
Everything looks normal on the surface. But underneath their everyday routines, something sinister is happening.
As the days blur together, the four begin to suspect: maybe this isn’t just another Monday.
