Derby Museums has temporarily closed its doors to the public in response to the government’s latest advice concerning the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic. Derby’s stunning red brick former Central Library building was designed in 1876 in Flemish Gothic style. Its striking arched entrance, beautiful glass atrium and ornate mezzanine balcony, full of curiosities, make this a unique and stylish venue , located in the very heart of the city.
With a licensed bar and room for 200 guests to dance the night away, it offers a fantastic space to mark not only a special occasion, but the flexibility for larger scale events including weddings, conferences and fairs.
