The Derby CAMRA Winter Beer Festival will be taking place at the beautiful and historic Derby Roundhouse. The festival will showcase a selection of the best real ales from Derby's very own micro-breweries and from around the UK and also serve cider and perries, meads and a variety of continental beers, while a range of fantastic live bands will provide the entertainment.
Derby is a great city with lots of real ale related activities taking place from Brewery Tours to following our 'Perfect Pub Crawl'! We have some great real ale hotel rates, so why not stay over and experience all this great city has to offer.

Opening Times and Admission Prices
Wed 15th - 17:00 to 23:00 £3.00.
Thur 16th - 11:00 to 23:00 £2.00 (lunch), £5.00 (eve).
Fri 17th - 11:00 to 23:00 £3.00 (lunch), £6.00 (eve).
Sat 18th - 11:00 to 23:00 £3.00 (lunch), £6.00 (eve).
The festival allows access to under 18 year olds during the day, but please, they must vacate before 19:00 (7pm). Card carrying CAMRA members are free at all times.
The Roundhouse venue is part of the Derby College complex situated on the Eastern side of Derby Railway Station. If arriving by train, use the Pride Park exit from the over-bridge.
Free buses will be provided leaving Derby Exeter Bridge at 11:00 and then every half an hour until 21:30, calling at the bus station (bay 28) a few minutes later. The first bus on Wednesday will be 17:00. Buses return from the festival at xx:15 and xx:30, the last bus being 23:30.
The following stalls will be providing nourishment during the beer festival:
Local band showcase featuring at least three bands.
The Modest - as you may guess a Mod orientated band who will perform classics from the likes of The Who, Small Faces, The Kinks and The Jam but inter-mixed with Soul and Northern Soul.
Tom Hingley - seminal singer with Inspiral Carpets will play with his band The Kar-Pets and will perform all the big tunes from the Manchester Indie heroes.
Verbal Warning - old school punk rockers and festival favourites.
Kazabian - formed in 2009 Kazabian are the number one tribute to Kasabian.
