In the courts of 17th century India painting, poetry and music were entwined. The exhibition comprises Ragamala paintings and a musical instrument called a sarinda from the collections of the British Museum. Alongside the exhibition will be the chance for you to make music, tell stories and explore objects from our own collections.
This exhibition is hosted in partnership with the British Museum, Artcore and Surtal Arts.
