Derby Comedy Festival 2017

For the 4th year running Derby Comedy Festival returns from Friday 5th May to Sunday 14th May at venues across the city.

Organised by Furthest From The Sea CIC, Derby Live, Lost Boys, NCF Comedy, Funhouse Comedy, Derby Theatre and QUAD Derby, this year’s festival promises to be ‘rammed with the best national, local and emerging comedy talent’, and includes performances by Lee Hurst, Patrick Monahan, Imran Yusuf, and much more.

Representing Derby, The Lost Boys return to The Old Bell Hotel, award winning comedy podcast Verbal Discharge take on The Eurovision Song Contest and ‘Stand Up Mi Duck’ showcases the best in Derbyshire comedic talent.

The fun starts at ‘Blast Off!’ The Superhero themed launch day for this year’s festival taking place on Derby Market Place on Saturday 15th April, fancy dress encouraged!

Derby Comedy Festival is supported by Cathedral Quarter Derby and Trent Barton.
