People, Places and Things - Part of FORMAT17

This exhibition explores early studio photography from 1854 onwards with a focus on the collection of W.W. Winter Studio in Derby, one of the oldest running studios in the world.

FORMAT Open Call - Extra Gallery Spaces

This group exhibition presents the work of photographers who have been selected via an international open call for projects in response to the FORMAT17 festival theme of HABITAT, and showcases diverse approaches to the theme, ranging from projects concerned with human impact and ecologies to an autobiographical journey across the United States in search of family truths.
