      • Pesto Chicken - chicken breast filled with spinach, green pesto, cheese and basil and served in a Mediterranean sauce of red and yellow peppers
      • Pan Fried Fillet of Trout served with prawns and almonds in a beurre blanc
      • Wild Mushroom, Spinach and Parmesan Lasagne
