An amazing transformation of the Council House happened in 2012, so here’s your chance to see how new life has been breathed into the original 1930s structure.
The tour lasts for 45 minutes to 1 hour and includes all the main public access areas including the impressive Council Chamber, Mayor’s Parlour & Civic areas, Display Gallery and discount voucher for the on-site Relish café.

Public tours happen most Fridays subject to the Council Chamber and Mayor’s Parlour availability.

7 March (2pm), 14 March (2pm), 21 March (2pm), 4 April (11am), 11 April (2pm), 25 April (2pm), 9 May (11am), 19 May (11am), 20 May (11am) and 23 May (11am).
Group tours can be arranged too dependent on availability of rooms and guides, so let us know your requirements.
